The importance of the inverter

The Inverter technology allows the modulation of the power supplied by the air conditioner in proportion to the actual request for "cooling" or "heating", possible by increasing or decreasing the rotation speed of the compressor. This eliminates the continuous starts and stops of the engine (classic on / off air conditioner) with electricity savings between 30 and 60% over eight hours of continuous operation

Ghost Display

The air conditioner display is located under the white panel and can be read transparently when the unit is switched on. The visual effect is of great impact, minimal and very elegant. The display can be turned off at any time so as not to generate light, for example at night

Antibacterial filters for quality air

Many bacteria often end up hibernated by the low internal temperature of the appliances, to then be released again into the domestic environment as soon as the air conditioners are turned off and stop producing cold. The filters in our appliances guarantee clean and healthy recycled air because they prevent the proliferation of bacteria during peak heat and seasonal humidity

Galvanization

Over time any metal is subject to deterioration. Bad weather or simple prolonged exposure outdoors generate oxide on surfaces, damaging metals to the point of making them unsightly. For this reason, all the external units of Zephir air conditioners are treated with a double "Galvanization" process which consists in the application of one or more layers of zinc on the steel in order to guarantee complete protection of the surface

Galvanizing is therefore an additional security that prolongs the life of our air conditioners and always makes them beautiful

The SENDZIMIR method (Continuous Hot Galvanization)

It is a hot-dip galvanizing process of the sheets that make up our outdoor units, which are thus coated with a protective layer of zinc. The metal is immersed in a ceramic tank which contains molten zinc at a temperature of about 700°C to which lead and aluminum are usually added, the first as a fluidifying element and the second to favor the adhesion of the zinc to the steel. Before passing into the zinc, the sheet metal is subjected to a degreasing treatment in order to eliminate surface impurities. Subsequently, to eliminate the iron oxides, it is pickled in hydrochloric acid. Once the coating phase has been completed, the metal is ready for the subsequent profiling process
