Shipping policy

Orders paid or cash on delivery are processed in the following 1/2 working days, then entrusted to the courier who will deliver the goods within 24 to 72 hours (excluding smaller islands and remote areas).

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are calculated taking into account the volume and/or weight of the item(s) ordered. However, product delivery times vary depending on the item requested, the payment methods and the delivery methods chosen by the Customer, which is why the times indicated are merely indicative and cannot be considered binding for Decidiprezzo Srl.

Orders placed online are delivered throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.

During some periods of the year (mainly during the summer and Christmas periods) order processing times may be subject to variations and/or delays.
