What can influence the delivery date of an order?

In some periods of the year such as Christmas or July we receive many more purchases and this could delay shipments by a few days. Consult the order tracking link that we provide you by email at the time of purchase, if after 10 days from purchase you still have not received the item, contact us by phone +39 02 4070 1624 or by email assistenza@caldaiemurali.it.

Can I return a purchased product?

Certainly, CaldaieMurali.it provides up to 30 days from delivery to be able to return an item without penalty and without providing any explanation. The products must be returned in perfect condition, including all their components and in the original packaging. To make a return, contact our customer service via email at: postvendita@climaconvenienza.it specifying the order code and the name of the item to be returned.
