Shipping Policy
Deliveries of air conditioners, boilers and stoves are made with vehicles equipped with tail lifts. If access to the street address is not possible with a vehicle of this type, the feasibility of the delivery must be requested before ordering (in special cases, delivery could involve the payment of a supplement to be agreed). Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 at street level.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by adding the wording "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the signed copy of the delivery document to be returned to the courier or other operator who delivered the goods. In any case, the Customer must promptly communicate any tampering or breakage of the packaging by e-mail postvendita@caldaiemurali.it. For each delivery order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in the event of delivery difficulties; if the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Decidiprezzo srl or BRT, for more than 4 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged for the storage costs as quantified by the express courier.
