The importance of the inverter

The Inverter technology allows the modulation of the power supplied by the air conditioner in proportion to the actual request for "cold" or "heat", possible by increasing or decreasing the rotation speed of the compressor. This eliminates the continuous starts and stops of the engine (classic on / off air conditioner) with electricity savings between 30 and 60% over eight hours of continuous operation

The SENDZIMIR method (Continuous Hot Galvanization)

It is a hot-dip galvanizing process of the sheets that make up our outdoor units, which are thus coated with a protective layer of zinc. The metal is immersed in a ceramic tank which contains molten zinc at a temperature of about 700°C to which lead and aluminum are usually added, the first as a fluidifying element and the second to favor the adhesion of the zinc to the steel. Before passing into the zinc, the sheet metal is subjected to a degreasing treatment in order to eliminate surface impurities. Subsequently, to eliminate the iron oxides, it is pickled in hydrochloric acid. Once the coating phase has been completed, the metal is ready for the subsequent profiling process
