Residence In Condens allows for the technological level and high performance of the Residence Condens indoor version to be concealed in the wall. The innovative Riello heat exchanger, completely made of seamless aluminum, is synonymous with efficiency and durability, resistant to system dirt, offers excellent head and high heat exchange. Thermoregulation is managed directly by the boiler board and via the external probe (accessory) it allows suitably adapting the temperature of the heating system to the external climatic conditions. Residence In Condens is available with powers from 25 to 32 kW.

Characteristics:

  • Modulation ratio 1:8 which allows the boiler to respond to all heat requests
  • Self-modulating circulator, low consumption (IEE≤0.20)
  • "Winter with Pre-heating" function: allows the DHW exchanger to be kept at the right temperature, reducing waiting times during withdrawal (instantaneous combined models only)
  • Antifreeze function that protects the heating and DHW circuits down to -5°C (external and built-in versions) with the possibility of extending the protection down to -15°C (optional)
  • The remote control panel (optional) allows you to manage the boiler directly from inside the home
