Il Perfetto is an “ Energy Storage Heat Pump Air Conditioner ”. The product is covered by an international patent.
The Perfetto air conditioner does not require any type of connection to the outside and uses the principle of Air-Water condensation combined with the principle of the ice bank . In fact, the air conditioner has an internal 37 Lt water tank which must be filled, once off, only when switched on for the first time.
An easy-to-use connection kit for filling the tank is inserted inside the packaging; the filling procedure is automatic, through the activation of the loading pump via a button on the touch screen. This allows any user to proceed autonomously and without errors in filling the tank.
Function of the air conditioner in summer cooling:
The air conditioner, working in energy accumulation ( coldstorage ), requires a recharge of about 2h to be able to use it continuously for about 8-10h. This does not exclude the possibility that, at any time, the air conditioner can be recharged and the duration of operation will be proportional to the recharge time (like recharging a mobile phone).
With the complete recharge, the PERFETTO brings the temperature of the water in the tank to 0.2°C by means of an expansion coil placed on the lower perimeter of the tank; During the storage phase (recharge), the battery is brought to -6°C by the refrigeration circuit inside the machine, creating an accumulation of ice on the surface of the battery itself, which will transfer its energy to the water during operation in cold of the Perfect.
In cooling, the operation takes place in two phases:
In the first phase , lasting approximately 6 hours, a hydraulic electric pump takes the cooled water from the tank and passes it into the coil, air delivery side, which is a 2-row coil, one for water passage and one for the passage of freon gas; through a DC inverter fan with Brushless motor, the Perfetto air-conditions and dehumidifies the environment using, as exchange fluid in the nattery, the water previously cooled during the accumulation period (coldstorage). The water, being stored at a very low temperature, allows the machine high efficiency both in terms of cooling and in terms of dehumidification. In this first phase, the machine is extremely silent as the compressor is stopped and the only noise is generated by the inverter fan and the hydraulic electric pump, we are talking about 33db(a). The first phase is completed when the water contained in the tank, after 6 hours of exchange with the ambient air, has reached 18°C and, therefore, its exchange power has been reduced;
At this point the second phase , where the compressor starts as support, conditioning through the freon gas which will pass on the other row of the delivery side coil, transferring heat inside the tank (water condensation). This phase lasts about 2 hours, in any case until the water in the tank reaches 50°C which is the condensation limit of any residential air conditioner, both air and water condensed.
At this point the Perfetto stops, and you have to recharge it with energy through the storage, lasting about 2 hours.
The average of the total consumption in cooling for 10h of use:
Recharge (approximately 700w*2h) = 1.400w
+ Operation 6h x 30w = 180w + 2h x 700w = 1.400w (active compressor)
Total: 1,400w + 180w + 1,400w = 2,980w / 10 hours =
= average absorption around 300 W/h (data subject to change based on operating conditions), one of the lowest absorptions on the market today. In cooling mode, the machine is suitable for air conditioning rooms up to approximately 15m2 with a room height of approximately 2.7m

Function of the air conditioner in winter heating:
The Perfect Air Conditioner has two HOT operating options:
- Immediate use without energy accumulation and therefore with a yield comparable to that of a normal air conditioner, of about 9,000 btu/h, with heat pump.
- With an Energy accumulation, with a recharge lasting about 2h, using the air conditioner, starting with the water in accumulation at 30°C, thus raising the yield to the maximum and, when the accumulated energy is exhausted, making it work, as indicated above.
In heating mode, if the delivery air temperature is lower than 35°C, an electrical resistance on the fan starts to support, obtaining a delivery air temperature between 55°C and 60°C allowing extremely fast heating of the fan. 'environment. Naturally, once the set point of 35°C has been exceeded, the electrical resistance switches off.
With prolonged use, of about 10 continuous hours, in a standard environment, the limit temperature of -6C° is reached in the direct expansion coil inside the tank; at that point the air conditioner stops due to having reached the maximum operating limit for water condensation, and it will be necessary to recharge again ( heatstorage ).
The average of the total consumption in heating for 10h of use will be:
recharge (about 1,000w*2h) = 2,000w
+ operation 8 00w x 8h approximately = 6.400w
= average absorption with energy accumulation carried out 840w (data subject to change based on operating conditions)

By starting this cycle it is possible to carry out dehumidification by choosing a room temperature between 20° and 32°.

Condensation :
The machine does not need a condensate drain because all that produced, both in cooling and in heating, is introduced into the tank, compensating for the water evaporated in the operating processes.

NB: We point out that the machine, in storage mode ( energy accumulation ) only in cooling mode , disperses hot air into the environment. It is advisable to carry out the storage ( energy accumulation ) in an environment that does not need to be air-conditioned or near an opening to the outside.
