Panasonic’s new Heat & Cool app gives you complete control of your property’s climate from anywhere in the world, anytime. Supported with the Panasonic RAC WIFI Internet Control Kit (CZ-TACG1), the app lets you operate air conditioning in multiple rooms and manage energy consumption – all from an Android or iOS smart device. Available now, the app offers energy saving options, an easy-to-use interface and weekly timer functions among other benefits.

Panasonic's Heat & Cool app enables a wide variety of indoor control functions, including on/off, mode operation and room temperature control. Users can also adjust the fan speed setting, airflow direction and select a quiet operating mode. The weekly timer option means that heating and cooling can be pre-set to run automatically based on the seasonal needs of the occupants, saving time and effort and saving energy when the property is unoccupied.

Users can also monitor energy usage and effectively manage energy consumption to save costs and increase efficiency. The Heat & Cool app also enables remote management of the energy-saving ECONAVI™ sensors and Panasonic nanoe™ air purification system, further increasing the energy-saving potential.

The WIFI kit is compatible with Panasonic RAC indoor units with CN-CNT connector * (CS-Z ** and CS-E ** from 2017/18 except CS-E ** GFEW floor consoles). Its compact size allows it to be connected discreetly and easily to the air conditioning unit, for instant connectivity with the Heat and Cool app. Setting up the app is also simple, download it for free from the Apple Store or Android Play Store as "Panasonic AC Controller", register, log in and follow the simple instructions to get started.

Access can be granted for multiple users and different levels of control can be applied for each additional user. An intuitive interface, available in 19 languages, displays information in a simple format, using pictograms and diagrams to allow the user to easily navigate the app.

Users can register up to 20 air conditioning units per location. The app can accommodate up to 10 locations, for example for multiple properties, including second homes, vacation homes, or additional outbuildings such as a studio. The user can register up to 200 units. Locations and room settings can also be customized for easy management via the app.

    Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss and damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, physically comes into possession of goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the carrier. The Customer who at the time of purchase has decided to make use of the extra insurance service for the transport of the purchased goods, in the event that he finds anomalies at the time of delivery (packaging damaged or otherwise altered in the closing seals, damaged product or scratched, missing one or more packages ordered), must accept the product by writing on the document provided by the carrier: "WE ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" + description of the anomaly found. In fact, to enforce the insurance coverage it is not sufficient to note "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" or "ACCEPTED WITH SUBJECT TO INSPECTION", BUT the reason for the reservation must be explained in detail. If the package or the product should show visible damage, scratches or any other type of anomaly and the courier should refuse to affix a specific reserve, the goods must be refused and the incident reported immediately (and in any case in a timely manner) to the Customer Service of Decidiprice srl. In any case, without prejudice to the seller's obligations in terms of legal guarantee pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Decidiprezzo srl will not be held responsible for any anomalies found in the state of the product, after delivery, if the Customer, in the presence of an anomaly, has accepted the package without making a specific reservation (in the corrected above). Any damage or anomalies must be reported to Customer Service by email to postvendita@climaconvenienza.it. The request must be forwarded no later than 8 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration.
