Quality controls are performed at all stages of production and processing, from the main to the additional ones. For this purpose, automatic tools are also used, programmed according to precise evaluation protocols for each process. The chrome plating plant is one of the largest in the world in the faucet sector.
It automatically ensures the chrome thickness standard required by international standards.
The painting takes place internally, with both epoxy powder and liquid covering procedures.
Particularly appreciable is the PVD treatment system, a system that allows to obtain finishes that are more resistant to traditional ones. The products meet the international standards of many standardization bodies and it is one of the few Italian companies in the sector to have IAPMO approval marks valid for the USA for its products.

The shower column has a circular architecture , rounded corners and an accentuated upper curvature that give it versatility, allowing it to be easily inserted as a piece of furniture in environments ranging from a modern to a contemporary style. It is equipped with a circular base for the shower column made of brass, a sliding shower holder , a single-jet spray handshower in ABS with anti-limescale and a waterclean system , thanks to which it is possible to remove limescale deposits by passing a finger over the silicone nozzles. The shower head that completes the shower column has a circular geometry and is made of ABS with waterclean technology and spray jet; it can be inclined thanks to the adjustable fitting, thus giving the possibility to choose the angle at which the jet is dispensed.
Equipped with a mechanical diverter , the shower column allows you to choose the use of the hand shower or the shower head .
Thanks to an innovative PVD treatment that combines experience with the most modern technologies, products coated in titanium or zirconium nitride are obtained, chemical elements that guarantee optimal resistance to abrasion : everything is obtained through a process that respects the environment .
From an inflexible respect for national and international standards, the Paini company offers the market finished products of superior quality , subjected to strict controls throughout the production process.
Maintenance
To keep the coating of the taps intact, it is recommended to clean with the aid of water, delicate soap and a soft cloth.
Strictly avoid the use of detergents containing alcohol-based substances, solvents, corrosive chemical elements or acids (such as phosphoric, formic, hydrochloric, acetic acid), abrasive sponges.
