Indirect combustion oven. The size of the cooking chamber is 42x80 cm, with a height of 40 cm which allows cooking on three levels. Equipped with a certified refractory plate for food use, the oven is ideal for cooking bread, pizza, roasts and any other dish. Maximum insulation of the temperature inside thanks to the 14 cm of natural rock wool, the desired temperature is reached very easily and with only the use of 3.5 kg of wood. The maintenance of the fire takes place, then, with only 1 kg of wood per hour. The internal structure is in stainless steel, the exterior is in anti-rust electro-galvanized steel and powder paint. Equipped with 12 Volt internal ventilation system and practical lighting. Supplied with a practical trolley for the widest movement, flue with rain cap, two grills, two cooking pans, thermometer and timer.
