The cable required to power an electrical terminal from the control unit to the engine must be of the FROR 450/750 V 3x1.5 mm2 type (index 3 indicates the number of wires inside the cable, earth-phase and neutral; the 1.5 mm2 indicates the surface condition that the individual wires inside the cable must have), the operating temperature ranges from -15 degrees to 70 degrees.

If the cable passes near sources of heat exceeding 100 degrees, the FROR type cable is not indicated; for these applications we recommend a thermo-resistant cable with silicone sheath, having the same dimensional characteristics as FROR, but with a wider operating temperature range ranging from -20 degrees to 200 degrees.
