THEMA Condens SB Wall-mounted condensing boiler combined for heating and domestic hot water of single-family units

The new Thema Condens features a renewed aesthetic with modern and essential lines, flat casing to facilitate installation (dimensions and hydraulic connections unchanged compared to the previous version) and a new touch-screen user interface. The boiler has been designed as the ideal solution for single-family homes in the case of replacing traditional wall-mounted or condensing boilers that work on high-temperature or low-temperature systems. The high level of domestic comfort is guaranteed by the exclusive Aquaspeed® technology capable of offering the user immediate delivery of hot water at the desired temperature, without long waiting times and expensive waste of water.

Preheating the primary circuit, and therefore also the secondary stainless steel plate exchanger, ensures an instantaneous response from the boiler to any sudden request for domestic hot water. Thema Condens is available in three power sizes: the 25 and 30 kW versions are joined by the new 35 kW size, all powered by methane but convertible to propane via simple electronic regulation, without the need for any conversion kit. The range is also enriched with a new solution: the SB version (heating only) of 25, 30 and 35 kW, which can be combined with any Hermann Saunier Duval boiler. The new SB boilers are also powered by methane, but can be converted to commercial propane electronically.

The innovative FlameFit® combustion technology that the single-family unit version is equipped with allows the boiler to be independently adapted to different types and qualities of gas, always guaranteeing optimised and completely safe operation. The flame control electrode detects the various characteristics of the gas and automatically adjusts the parameters to ensure perfectly efficient combustion, adapting the boiler's operation to the user's actual needs. This therefore results in high performance with a reduced quantity of gas, saving energy and consequently limiting consumption and polluting emissions. FlameFit® technology makes Thema Condens already set up for immediate operation with any type of future gas, without the need for any conversion kit.

Touch-screen user interface

The interface of the new Thema Condens features a modern digital touch display and has been developed to facilitate the user's management of the boiler. The symbols on the various keys allow for a quick understanding of the functions of the appliance and the ways of setting parameters according to your comfort needs.
