THEMA Condens

The new Thema Condens range , more ecological and more performing, meets the highest standards in terms of efficiency and comfort, thanks to the exclusive Aquaspeed® technology for the production of domestic hot water. The pre-heating of the DHW exchanger manages the required flow of DHW, always maintaining the temperature of its plates proportional to the comfort required by the user.

External renewal with a refined design, but above all internal that allows a significant leap into the technological future as regards combustion. Thema Condens presents a new beating "heart" thanks to the new FlameFit combustion system which guarantees electronic self-adaptation to the different supply gases.

In combination with the ADA technology for balancing the supply gas pressures, they provide the most correct air/gas mix necessary in order to obtain the best possible combustion. Guaranteed modulation values ​​can cover up to 1:9. These new product characteristics, together with an evolution in electronics, allow the boiler to fully adapt to the real demands of the heating system, also allowing for a reduction in gas and electricity consumption.

  • 4-star energy classification (92/42/EEC) with yields up to 109.5%, 94% etas efficiency , 3-star sanitary comfort (EN 13203-1) thanks to the Aquaspeed® system which guarantees immediate delivery of hot water water at the desired temperature.
  • Solar Easy: all models in the Thema Condens range are compatible with all solar systems. If solar radiation is not sufficient to keep the domestic water at the desired temperature, the boiler intervenes as an integration.
  • All Thema Condens models are compatible with the installation of MiGo , the Wi-Fi modulating climate control unit which allows remote control and adjustment of the boiler functions.
FlameFit® technology: maximum safety, low consumption, reduced emissions. The innovative FlameFit® combustion technology with which the version for single-family units is equipped allows for autonomous adaptability of the boiler to the different types and qualities of gas, always guaranteeing optimized and completely safe operation. In fact, the flame control electrode detects the changing characteristics of the gas and automatically adjusts the parameters to ensure perfectly efficient combustion, adapting boiler operation to the actual needs of the user. This therefore leads to high performance with a reduced quantity of gas, saving energy and consequently limiting consumption and polluting emissions. The FlameFit® technology makes Thema Condens ready for immediate operation with any type of future gas, without the need for any conversion kit

The interface of the new Thema Condens features a modern digital touch display and was developed to facilitate boiler management by the user. The symbols of the various keys allow a quick understanding of the functions of the appliance
