Thanks to the UV-C lamp , Haier's low pressure ducted air conditioner is able to inhibit viruses and bacteria , thus reducing their proliferation and spread in the environment. It is equipped with a standard condensate drain pump and can be completed with the optional panel kit with grille and air expulsion and return display.

Antibacterial filter with silver ions

Antibacterial filter with silver ions capable of filtering and purifying the air that passes through the unit and keeping its internal components clean and protected. The filter's ability to keep the internal components of the air conditioner clean, such as filters, fan and exchanger, allows the unit's efficiency to be kept high , thus ensuring electricity savings with a consequent saving on the bill.

Air purification

The Low Pressure Ducted unit is equipped with a “ UVC Generator Module ”, a module that generates ultraviolet rays. Subjected to laboratory tests, the module has been shown to be able to inhibit the Sars-Cov-2 (Covid-19) virus with an efficiency of up to 99.998% . The tests were carried out by Texcell, a contract research organization that operates on a global scale. From the informative study, it is clear that, inside a 45L container (0.045m3), the module installed on Haier air conditioners is able to inactivate and reduce the concentration of the Sars-Cov-2 virus by 99.998% in 1 hour.
