BLUEHELIX PRO has been designed to guarantee maximum energy efficiency and performance both in heating and in the supply of domestic hot water thanks to the new bivalent exchanger in Aisi 316 Ti stainless steel.
Built to be installed outdoors in partially protected places and equipped with electronics capable of integrating with a solar panel system.

This new exchanger integrates the heating circuit and the production of instantaneous domestic hot water in a single element, thus optimizing the phenomenon of condensation. Bluehelix Pro achieves one of the highest energy efficiency of space heating in its category: ηs 94% . Furthermore, when combined with the external probe and the Romeo remote timer control, it reaches system energy class A+ .
The Range
Bluehelix Pro is available in 2 models, both running on methane and LPG. Both the 25C model and the larger size, 32C, offer large volumes of domestic hot water, quickly, which can be further reduced by activating the "Comfort" function

Components The Exchanger
The Ferroli design applied to the combined heat exchangers once again stood out for a simple and high-performance solution, made with the best materials
Structure
The exchanger consists of a concentric spiral without joints or welds. An additional pipe is inserted inside the main spiral - which serves the heating system - for the preparation of domestic hot water. The latter is not linked to the main coil, but remains immersed, in a "bain-marie" in the system fluid
Self-Cleaning function
The generous cross-section of the exchanger tubes allows for a free, ample passage of water. The serpentine conformation contrasts the deposit of impurities, not only due to the regularity of the path crossed by the water but also due to the "centrifugal" effect impressed on the water itself on the walls of the serpentine. Furthermore, the absence of circuits in parallel, both on the heating and DHW sides, makes any chemical washing operations of the exchanger and the elimination of any air present in the system circuit extremely easy.
Full Condensation
The integration of both the domestic hot water exchanger and the primary one in a single block reduces the average operating temperatures even during the production of domestic hot water. This favors condensation and gives the boiler high efficiency not only in heating, but also in domestic hot water
Material
The tube that makes up the Bluehelix Pro exchanger is made of AISI 316 ti stainless steel . It is a so-called austenitic alloy, particularly resistant to corrosion, enriched with the addition of titanium. it is also a material that allows for the creation of an extremely smooth surface, therefore less susceptible to encrusting agents and after-effects

Self-Adaptive
The low-consumption circulator installed in the Bluehelix Pro has a variable flow rate, with ΔT control. The advantages offered are many, including:
• System start-up from cold: faster start-up with full control of the thermal load on the components
• Permanent maintenance of the temperature equilibrium conditions, once the set point has been reached
• Better operation in limit conditions, reduction of on-of states
• Reactivity to variations in the thermal load, an appreciable quality in multi-zone systems
Robust
Others are the merits attributable to the circulator chosen for Bluehelix Pro:
• The PWM signal (pulse width modulation) to the circulator allows extremely rapid intervention times to complete an advanced and complete electronic platform. This results in a drastic reduction of the ON-OFF events of the burner and the circulator
• Electronic control of the drive torque at start up with consequent reduction of the risk of blocking. The routine anti-seize cycle is in any case carried out every 24 hours of inactivity
• Self-protection function in case of overheating

All this translates into greater longevity not only of the circulator, but also of the components subject to wear and stress from frequent on-off cycles
Panel Boiler Control , Commands and Functions
The BLUEHELIX PRO control and management electronics allow the user to customize the operation of the appliance in order to manage the environmental comfort according to one's needs. The key control panel and the simple LCD display make the programming operations for the production of hot water, both for domestic hot water and for heating, extremely easy and intuitive.
Romeo Chronothermostat Remote Control
The BLUEHELIX PRO boiler can be combined with a wide range of remote timer controls which allow the appliance to be adjusted and operated remotely. Comfort programming is on a weekly basis, even with a holiday function. Romeo is available with wired or wireless connection
With the ROMEO Chronothermostat you can:
• Adjust the heating and DHW temperatures
• Know the operating status of the boiler
• View the temperatures inside and outside the house
• Restart the boiler in the event of a temporary block
• Program the daily or weekly environmental comfort
• Activate/deactivate the heating function via the telephone (dial not supplied)
System energy class A+ in combination with the external probe and remote timer control
The ROMEO modulating function allows boiler output to be modulated as the set room temperature value is reached. This improves the quality of comfort by eliminating heat peaks with consequent energy savings
Functions:
ECO-COMFORT function: In COMFORT mode, thanks to the particular system for maintaining the temperature of the heat exchanger, the dispensing of domestic hot water becomes even faster and more comfortable. In ECO mode, the production of domestic hot water takes place according to traditional standards.
Sliding temperature operation: By installing the “External probe” kit it is possible to operate the boiler in sliding temperature. This means that without using the system temperature adjustment keys, the boiler will self-regulate according to the variations in external temperatures. All this translates into energy savings while ensuring maximum comfort for the user.
Antifreeze function: In the event that the temperature in the boiler drops to 5°C, the burner automatically turns on and the circulator is activated in order to protect the appliance from damage caused by freezing. This function is active with the boiler powered by the gas circuit and under electrical voltage.
Sun Easy function: BLUEHELIX TECH has been designed to be easily inserted in systems made with the latest technologies. The SUN EASY system, standard on the boiler, makes use of electronics that simplify the combination with both natural and forced circulation solar panels. Through a sensor placed on the DHW circuit, it continuously monitors the temperature of the water coming from the solar panels, foreseeing the ignition of the burner only if the latter drops below the level necessary to guarantee optimal comfort for the user.
"SELF-CLEANING" function: Thanks to the "spiral" shape, the passage of domestic water inside the exchanger produces a "centrifugal" self-cleaning effect on the internal walls which tends to remove any limescale deposits.
Tangible facts:
Regulation 622/2012 provides that all boilers placed on the market from 1 August 2015 are equipped with a low-consumption circulator, otherwise defined as "class A". It is a decision that starts from the consideration of the enormous energy expenditure of the pumps and circulators installed in the various applications. In practice, i.e. by analyzing the impact of the low-consumption circulator integrated in the boiler, it reduces up to 30% of the total electricity consumption of the generator.
