Wall-mounted condensing boilers, premixed sealed chamber with instantaneous sanitary production
New series of compact wall-mounted condensing boilers with instantaneous domestic hot water production. Designed to guarantee maximum energy efficiency in heating and in the supply of domestic hot water, thanks to the new bivalent exchanger patented in AISI 316 TI stainless steel. This new exchanger integrates the heating circuit and the production of domestic hot water in a single element, pushing the phenomenon of condensation to the maximum.
Built to be installed outdoors in partially protected places and equipped with electronics capable of integrating with a solar panel system.

This is a decision that starts from consideration of the enormous energy expenditure of the pumps and circulators installed in the various applications. Functions:
ECO-COMFORT function: In COMFORT mode, thanks to the particular system for maintaining the temperature of the heat exchanger, the delivery of domestic hot water becomes even more rapid and comfortable. In ECO mode, the production of domestic hot water takes place according to traditional standards.
Sliding temperature operation:ÿWith the installation of the kit or External probe? possible to operate the boiler in sliding temperature. This means that without acting on the system temperature adjustment keys, the boiler will self-regulate according to the variations in external temperatures. All this translates into energy savings while guaranteeing maximum comfort for the user.
Antifreeze function: In the event that the temperature in the boiler drops to 5°C, the burner automatically lights up and the circulator is activated in order to protect the appliance from damage caused by freezing. This function is active with the boiler powered by the gas circuit and electrical undervoltage.
Sun Easy function: BLUEHELIX TECH has been designed to be easily inserted in systems made with the most recent technologies. The SUN EASY system, standard on the boiler, makes use of electronics that simplify the combination with both natural and forced circulation solar panels. By means of a post sensor on the sanitary circuit, it continuously checks the temperature of the water coming from the solar panels, foreseeing the ignition of the burner only when the latter drops to the level necessary to guarantee optimal comfort for the user.

Therefore, with the replacement of standard boilers with Bluehelix Pro, in line with the new ERP regulations, electricity savings of around 30% can be estimated. In reality, the savings will be even greater, since these are modulating circulators, which at minimum power can reach consumption of up to just 3 W

The new European regulations for heat generatorsÿ
The 4 ErP Regulations on: ÿEcodesignÿ (minimum efficiency limits) and Energy Labeling (information energy label) are mandatory European provisions automatically in force from 26 September 2015 simultaneously in the 28 EU countries and in all EEA countries (European Economic Areas: Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland). The Regulations (or EU Regulation? nr.: 811/2013, 812/2013, 813/2013 and 814/2013) are already published by the EU and are legal provisions which leave no legislative power (of modification/variation of delayed adoption) to the EU Member States, in so far as they do not require any national law of adoption, but come into force automatically or per se? throughout Europe.ÿ
From 26th September 2015, boilers, heat pumps, tanks/boilers, water heating systems or non-ErP compliant systems will not be able to leave the factories and warehouses of MANUFACTURERS (nor from the warehouses of IMPORTERS from outside the EU), except for products for which it has already been carried out the placing on the market or the transfer of formal ownership (before 26 September) to the first customer/distributor of the commercial chain. The date which is the date on which the finished product was first placed on the market. In practice, by virtue of the new Regulations, manufacturers in the EU area and importers from outside the EU will be obliged to offer for sale only highly efficient products and systems, both for space heating and for the preparation of domestic hot water. Will the end customer be able to find latest generation products immediately on the market? which will be compulsorily accompanied by the ENERGY LABEL and compliant with the MINIMUM LIMITS calculated according to strict European standards which for the first time for these new products or ErP? considers all types of direct and indirect consumption of appliances, e.g. gas consumption and electricity consumption in a boiler.ÿ
New ErP efficiency limits (and noise for heat pumps only) will apply to heating systems (boilers and heat pumps) up to 400 kW, to instantaneous gas and electric water heater systems up to 400 kW, to DHW tanks up to 2,000 kW lt.
All new products and systems must be of very high efficiency, with the sole exception of tipB1x boilers (open chamber with natural draft) which will have a special derogation and may still be manufactured and sold exclusively to be installed in REPLACEMENTS on COLLECTIVE FLUES .
Heat pumps will have to comply with new minimum limits for noise emissions, while for boilers the noise value will have to be indicated (without limit constraints). Furthermore, even the circulators mounted on board all the products must comply with new minimum efficiency standards (very high efficiency), based on the specific EU Regulations (nr. 641/2009 and nr. 622/2012). To make the most of all the possibilities offered by the energy label, will it be possible to predict and declare their use in a system right from the product conception and development stage? with other devices (e.g. regulation and control), thus proposing a globally more efficient whole, e.g. eg. through the use of renewable sources (solar thermal, geothermal aerothermal energy, biomass). Even the so-called or standard products? today the best sellers - i.e. boilers for gas heating - will undergo a forced evolution towards technology with heat recovery from fumes (condensing boiler). We remind you that condensing boilers can recover the heat from the fumes in most of the existing systems, even those with radiators, with the use of thermostatic valves now available in various models (also programmable individually on different times), due to their different conception of design incorporating substantial improvements over previous or standard boilers? such as the new highly efficient modulating circulators and the combustion control volume in the new premix burners. Subsequently, for products sold by manufacturers and importers from outside the EU after 26 September 2018, more stringent limits for NOx emissions will come into force
Theÿ20/20/20 climate-energy package?ÿsets ambitious targets for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption as well as the increase in the use of renewable energies, corresponding to a percentage of 20% to be reached by 2020. In this context , the regulationeuropeErP (Energy Related Products) introduces an energy classification also for hot water generators for space heating and domestic hot water purposes. This classification translates into an ÿenergy labelÿ which must necessarily accompany all the products affected by the Regulation, introduced on the market from 26 September 2015. The labeling constitutes an easy guide for the consumer, who can choose - through standardized and objective indications - the most efficient product. In this way, the choice will be the most sparing in terms of consumption for the benefit of the user, but also the most virtuous for energy balances and consequently, for the environment. The most significant parameters indicated on the label are the seasonal efficiency index in heating and efficiency in the eventual production of domestic hot water, according to a scale which in the casdel prodottsingolcaldaia ranges from A to G*. Furthermore, for combined boilers, a load profile is indicated corresponding to the domestic hot water flow rate of the appliances measured in a series of sample samples, thus guaranteeing the declared sanitary efficiency. This index is identified with a letter/?size? (S, M,¶ÝXXL).
