Ferroli Divacondens D Plus Boiler The Simplest Solution For A Condensing Boiler
DIVACONDENS D PLUS is the condensing heat generator for traditional heating systems. The proven Ferroli technology in the field of traditional wall-mounted boilers has been enriched by increasing the performance of the product in the simplest way, with the use of a robust recuperator that preheats the primary circuit using the residual heat of the exhaust fumes and a new cooled burner with low NOx emissions.

Boiler check
The DIVACONDENS D PLUS control unit consists of an easy-to-use interface with a backlit display. Using the buttons, you can easily adjust the heating flow temperature, the domestic hot water setpoint, turn the generator on/off or activate the comfort function, monitoring the boiler status. The control panel is completed by a traditional pressure gauge that can check the system pressure at any time.

In this context, the European ErP (Energy Related Products) regulation introduces an energy classification also for hot water generators for space heating and domestic hot water. This classification translates into an energy label that must accompany all products affected by the Regulation, introduced on the market from 26 September 2015. The labelling is an easy guide for the consumer, who can choose - through standardised and objective indications - the most efficient product. In this way the choice will be the most economical in consumption for the benefit of the user, but also the most virtuous for energy balances and consequently, for the environment. The most significant parameters indicated on the label are the seasonal efficiency index in heating and efficiency in the possible production of domestic hot water, according to a scale that in the case of the single boiler product ranges from A to G*. Furthermore, for combined boilers a load profile is indicated corresponding to the domestic hot water flow rate of the appliance measured in a series of standard samplings, guaranteeing at least the declared domestic hot water efficiency. This index is identified with a letter/”size” (S, M …XXL).
Solar circuit integration
DIVACONDENS D PLUS boasts electronics that simplify integration with solar thermal systems, both natural and forced circulation. The microprocessor controls the temperature of the water coming from the solar circuit through the domestic hot water sensor and turns on the burner only when necessary. To reach the desired temperature, SUN EASY allows significant savings even during the coldest seasons, exploiting and integrating even the smallest solar contribution, otherwise lost. In the event of insufficient radiation and therefore modest preheating of the domestic water, the boiler will contribute with the heat necessary to reach the required setpoint temperature. If the sun and the solar system fulfill their "duty" no integration by the boiler will be necessary, the hot water will be conveyed to the tap, without the need for additional devices, with the mixing of the thermostatic valves.
Safety and comfort
ANTIFREEZE In the event that the temperature in the boiler drops to 5°C, the burner automatically lights up and the circulator activates in order to protect the appliance from damage caused by frost. This function is active with the boiler powered by the gas circuit and under electrical voltage.
POST-CIRCULATION This function allows you to recover all the heat provided by the thermal inertia of the exchanger and transfer it to the heating system, and consequently to the rooms to be heated. This is a timer function (with customizable duration) and is active after the burner switches off in heating mode.
SLIDING TEMPERATURE OPERATION By installing the “External probe” kit, it is possible to operate the boiler in sliding temperature. This means that without using the system temperature adjustment buttons, the boiler will self-regulate based on variations in external temperatures. All this translates into energy savings while ensuring maximum comfort for the user.
EASY CONTROL The DIVACONDENS D PLUS electronic board uses the Opentherm protocol. It allows the integration of other peripheral control units such as, for example, the ROMEO remote timer control. The Opentherm standard has in fact been specifically designed to share the boiler's operating logic and algorithms with other additional control units. As a digital protocol, it allows total integration between the boiler and the satellite, with full control of the boiler's functions and similarly from its satellite.
