Il set di manubri si compone di 8 dischi (4 x 2.5Kg, 4 x 2Kg ) e 2 barre manubri con i quali ci si può allenare a casa. La muscolatura viene fortificata e modellata grazie all'uso dei manubri Caratteristiche - Ideale per l’allenamento professionale a casa, non è più necessario andare in palestra. - Rivestimento in plastica PE dura e resistente per evitare graffi e abrasioni. - L'asta di impegnatura del manubrio è resistente ed è dotata di linee antiscivolo. - Dotato di dischi di diverso peso per poter scegliere il carico ideale a volontà. - La superficie del disco è contrassegata con il peso corrispondente. - I dischi sono riempiti con sabbia e cemento.
