CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS - COMPONENTS
HYDRAULIC PART
KVC multistage centrifugal electric pumps.
Galvanized sheet metal base complete with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet.
Suction and delivery manifolds in AISI 304 steel.
Ball valves with union on the suction and delivery of each pump.
Suction check valves of each pump.
2 AISI 304 stainless steel caps for closing the manifolds.
Radial pressure gauge with shut-off valve.
1 membrane tank 8 liters (optimizes the number of pump starts).
ELECTRICAL PART
1 Active Driver Plus module on the delivery of each pump (see hints on Active Driver Plus at the beginning of the paragraph). 1 protection switchboard.

MULTI INVERTER SYSTEM WITH ACTIVE DRIVER PLUS
The inverter continuously regulates the rotation speed of an electric pump, so as to maintain a constant pressure as the flow rate varies. The other electric pumps, always at variable speed, are inserted in cascade after the first one has reached maximum speed and, by modulating, they compensate for the pressure fluctuations in the system. At each operating cycle, it is possible to set the restart switching to a different pump, so as to guarantee uniform use of all the electric pumps.
It is also possible to set work times for each pump, with operation switching after the set time. The “SP” pressure can be adjusted by the user using two keys “+” and “-” placed on the AD (as a rule all the pumps are set to the same pressure value).
