The Steri-Clean 56° technology has been designed to remove bacteria and viruses from the heat exchanger, bringing the evaporator temperature to 56°C for 30 minutes.
In fact, recent research shows that viruses and bacteria cannot survive at a temperature of 56°C for more than 30 minutes
