High efficiency all year round
The Compress 3000 AWS heat pump saves a lot of energy during operation because it regulates the power continuously based on the real comfort requirement: the modulation from 25% to 100% in fact allows you to automatically adapt the power
of the machine to the effective energy requirement. Compress 3000 AWS is silent because the compressor and the fan have speed regulation. The integrated internal circulator is highly efficient and the latest generation HPC400 electronic thermoregulation always keeps energy consumption to a minimum. The electronics are designed for optimal combination with photovoltaic systems and have an Internet interface to control and manage the heat pump even remotely.
Quick and easy installation
All hydraulic, control and thermoregulation components are already integrated inside the heat pump. Commissioning is simple, assisted by clear text prompts. Furthermore, Compress 3000 AWS is already filled with the refrigerant and the pipes can be up to 30 meters long.

The principle of operation of heat pumps
Compressor : this component of the refrigerant circuit compresses the low pressure and low temperature refrigerant gas coming from the evaporator: the gas leaving the compressor is at high temperature and high pressure. The compressor works thanks to the electric power supply.
Condenser : in this component the refrigerant fluid transfers heat to the water, cooling down and passing from the gaseous to the liquid state.
Expansion valve : this component receives the high pressure cold liquid coming from the condenser and regulates its pressure reduction. In this passage, the refrigerant fluid cools down and passes to a lower pressure, without heat exchange.
Evaporator : in the evaporator the refrigerant fluid (at low pressure and temperature) absorbs almost exclusively latent heat from the outside air, passing into the gaseous state and maintaining an almost constant temperature.
Four indoor units for different uses
The Compress 3000 AWS heat pump outdoor unit can be combined with 4 different types of indoor units. The indoor units have been designed to best meet the needs for new systems and for the modernization of existing systems. The heat pump is always an ideal solution for DHW preparation both in combination with an existing DHW cylinder and with its integrated DHW cylinder. The space occupied is minimal. The outdoor unit takes up very little space outside the home and the indoor units integrate inside in a very flexible way.
AWES, AWMS, AWMSS: perfect for new buildings
The different indoor unit models are ideal for suitably insulated new buildings but also for renovated ones. These three models allow you to create a heating system using electricity only, in fact they are already equipped with a modulating type integrative electric resistance. The AWES version is wall-mounted and can be combined with a Bosch boiler of different sizes, with or without the additional coil for solar integration. The floor-standing model AWMS has an integrated 190-litre storage tank for producing domestic hot water with high comfort.
To combine the heat pump with a Bosch solar thermal system, the ideal solution is the AWMSS model
floor-standing, with an internal 184-litre storage tank with coil for solar integration. The three models of indoor units AWES, AWMS and AWMSS can also be used for cooling: the cooled water is sent to the circuits of the underfloor heating system or to the fan coil units.
