Fiscal detraction
As a condensing boiler, Inovia Cond E allows you to take advantage of the tax deduction according to current legislation. d
Thermoregulation
By connecting the external probe (optional) directly to the boiler, climatic regulation can be used. Inovia Cond E will adapt the system water temperature to the external climatic conditions, ensuring that the desired room temperature is reached without waste and optimizing consumption. The boiler is equipped with a complete set of curves which can be accessed by entering programming. The curve is simply chosen from the control panel.
Solar management
Inovia Cond E integrates solar management directly within the product. Thanks to the integrated solar management it is possible to connect the SOLCONTROL control unit and view the status of the pump and the relative solar integration.
Zone management
Inovia Cond E features the zone management card as standard which allows you to manage a zone valve using the BIASI remote control. In the case of a system with several high temperature zones, one zone can be managed by remote control and the other zones can be managed by chronothermostats. This allows you to select two thermoregulation curves, one in the boiler and the other in the remote control. All the zones controlled by chronothermostats will be managed by the thermoregulation curve set in the boiler, the zone controlled by the remote control will be managed by the thermoregulation curve set therein. In the case of multi-zone systems at high and low temperatures, it is recommended to use the BIASI MULTIzone system manager.
All ready for Energy Labeling
What is it about?
From 26 September 2015 the directives of the European Commission concerning eco-design and energy labeling will apply.
These two directives aim to achieve savings in one of the most polluting and most energy-intensive sectors: construction
For placing on the European market, the Eco-Design Directive (ErP known as « Energy Related Products ») imposes a minimum energy efficiency for heating devices and hot water production in domestic premises. The directive applies to:
or generators with a capacity of less than 400 kW
or water heaters with a capacity of less than 400 kW,
or kettles with a capacity of less than 2000 litres
As in the household appliances sector, the energy labeling of products with a capacity of less than 70 kW will give consumers simple, recognizable information which allows them to compare the performance and energy consumption of the product they wish to purchase.
The energy label will be included in all boilers, water heaters and storage tanks placed on the market from 26 September 2015.
Is it about me too?
YES, it affects everyone: professionals and end users
The information indicated on the energy label will allow professionals to recommend the right product and individuals to benefit from the information available.
The user will be able to easily compare the performance of the products.
From 26 September 2015, the label will be present on the following products: boilers, electric water heaters, thermodynamic water heaters, solar water heaters, storage tanks, heat pumps, solar systems and control systems.
Supplier responsibility
The company that supplies the product on the market is required to equip its devices or systems with the following documentation:
o product energy label;
o product data sheet;
o system energy label in addition to that of the product, both if it sells a system that includes the product in question, and if this, in the future, can be sold combined with other additional devices;
o technical data sheet of the system with the parts relating to the product or the system already completed.
Dealer Responsibility
First of all, it should be clarified that the reseller can be anyone who sells, rents, offers for rent/sale and exhibits a device and/or system to the public. Therefore even professionals such as plumbers, installers or planners can fall into this category. Everyone is required to ensure that:
o all appliances and/or systems are equipped with the respective labels and make sure that they are clearly visible;
o all devices and/or systems are always accompanied by the mandatory technical data sheets;
o any type of advertising, promotional or technical material in which energy data or price indications are shown, contains an indication of the energy efficiency class.
The new ErP regulations
ENERGY LABELLING:
Appliances for space heating and hot water production will have to be equipped with the new energy label which will report the energy class and the main performance data. The energy class must also be mentioned in the technical, commercial and advertising documentation of the appliances.
ECODESIGN (ErP):
The new ErP regulations impose the minimum energy efficiency that space heating and hot water production appliances must achieve in order to obtain the CE mark and be marketed in Europe. These new limits will exclude obsolete technologies from the market, significantly raising the level of energy efficiency of products.
PRODUCT LABEL
Depending on the type of device, there are different labels. Those with efficiency classes A, A+ and A++ certify the products with the highest performance. Furthermore, two different classifications are envisaged for domestic heating and for the hot water production service, so much so that mixed products must show both classifications. In addition to the energy class, the labels contain other information, so that the final customer can make his choice in the most informed way possible.
SYSTEM LABEL
In addition to the product label, the system label is also provided if a series of matched appliances is offered. This label must also be included in the technical and commercial documentation of the system. Those proposing such systems will have to calculate the performance using a predefined calculation algorithm and display the label in order to inform the end user in the best possible way.
