BAXI AURIGA Inverter Monobloc Air-Water Heat Pumps
Baxi introduces Auriga , the range of inverter packaged air-to-water heat pumps with single-phase and three-phase power supply. The range is characterized by the ease and simplicity of installation . Furthermore, the increased head of the on-board circulator allows the unit to be installed in large-sized systems, to cover greater distances from the boiler room or to install the unit directly at the service of the fan coils. The range is wide and consists of 8 models from 4 to 16 kW, single-phase and three-phase versions
Wide range of powers from 4 to 16 kW to satisfy all system requirements: heating, cooling and DHW production
Easy to install in various living contexts, the increased head pump allows you to cope with greater pressure drops such as large systems or directly serving the fan coils
STANDARD complete hydraulic equipment circulation pump, flow switch, expansion tank, safety valve, pressure gauge and “Y” filter
Remote control panel control of system functions, programming and parameter verification. Furthermore, the connection via Modbus allows integration with BMS systems
ErP Energy Labeling the labeling regulation (EU Regulation 2017/1369) requires the labeling of products according to a decreasing energy scale that goes from A+++ to D (in heating) and from A+ to F (in sanitary). The 5M/7M/9M models achieve an efficiency of A+++ in low temperature heating

> Twin rotary DC inverter compressor : complete with internal thermal protection and crankcase heater, it is mounted on vibration dampers and wrapped around an insulating cap to reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations due to operation
> Water-refrigerant exchanger : with brazed plates in AISI 316 steel with external anti-condensation insulation in expanded polypropylene and antifreeze resistance to prevent the formation of ice in the exchanger
> Air-refrigerant exchanger : finned aluminum coil with hydrophilic treatment to facilitate the outflow of the condensate, mechanically expanded copper pipes with internal shaping to increase the heat exchange. Furthermore, the optimized circuitry allows to reduce the formation of ice in the coil during heat pump operation
> Fan : axial fan directly coupled to the high efficiency brushless DC variable speed motor. The fan is installed on aerodynamic nozzles and safety grilles
> Refrigerant circuit : made of pickled copper, it includes the electronic expansion valve, drier filters, high and low pressure switches, pressure transducer, cycle inversion valves, liquid receiver and separator, refrigerant injection valve on the suction side
> Hydraulic circuit : in addition to the brazed plate heat exchanger, the unit includes the high head circulator, the expansion vessel, the safety valve, the flow switch, the pressure gauge and the air vent valve and the metal mesh Y-filter (assembly by the installer)
> Electrical panel : includes fuse protection of the main internal components; the terminal block is divided into a power section for supplying the unit and a control terminal block for connecting auxiliary inputs and outputs and connection to the control panel
