The new range of Condensy Plus 24-33 boilers consists of 2 models with instantaneous domestic hot water production. It was especially designed to be used when replacing with an older generation boiler. Everyone is aware of the advantages of condensing technology, i.e. high combustion efficiency and consequently energy savings and above all very low polluting emissions.

1:7 Very high modulation

Greater efficiency given by a reduced number of switching on and off, the high modulation ratio in fact allows a significant reduction in consumption up to 10% and consequently an equal reduction in polluting emissions. The adjustment of the thermal power with respect to the dissipated power also prevents the generation of excessive overheating/cooling of the rooms.
GAC system

Condensy boilers are equipped with an innovative electronic management system which, thanks to the new electronics and the new electronic gas valve, guarantees automatic combustion control to maximize consumption reduction during all operating periods. The advantages are:

• No manual intervention
• Reduced measurement, calibration or nozzle changes
• Self-adaptation to the gas quality and the length of the flue gas pipes to keep the efficiency constant
• The boiler regulates itself to reduce gas consumption and pollution thanks to the constant control of emissions

Digital control panel

In the new Condensy Plus, there is a digital control panel with a backlit LCD display, very intuitive and simple to use thanks to the symbols silk-screened on the keys. The display shows all the information and settings of the operating parameters in a clear and direct way.
2-speed modulating pump with de-aeration

The circulation pump of the Condensy Plus can operate at maximum or minimum speed or in "automatic": in the latter case, the speed (min./max) will be determined by the electronics which will have the task of maintaining a constant °C the delivery/return ΔT in heating, ensuring a significant reduction in pump consumption and also in maintenance costs, due to the lower mechanical stresses of a "normal pump" which always runs at maximum speed. When the boiler is switched on for the first time, it is possible to use the semi-automatic de-aeration function: by pressing the 2 keys for a few seconds, the function is activated which allows the elimination of the air present in the heating circuit. This avoids possible blockages of the boiler, overheating of the system and mechanical breakdowns. The electronic card will activate a 10 minute on/off cycle of the pump. The function will stop automatically at the end of the cycle.
