DK SAN Medical Surgical Unit is a PMC registered under no. 18340 at the Ministry of Health
- Versatile Particularly suitable for cleaning and disinfecting floors, walls, tools, utensils, containers, mixers, cold rooms in various industries including agri-food.
- It performs a cleaning activity on greasy and organic dirt in general. It can also be applied in communities including the hospital sector
- Effectiveness Effectively cleans even heavy dirt HACCP Complies with REGULATION (EC) No. 852/2004 and Legislative Decree 193/2007-HACCP, relating to cleaning and sanitizing in the food sector
APPLICATIONS:
It is particularly suitable for disinfecting and cleaning floors, walls, tools and utensils, containers and mixers, cold rooms in the most varied industries (including food and agriculture) and in communities (including the hospital sector). Product suitable for cleaning and disinfecting finned packs and filters of refrigeration and heating systems.

HOW TO USE:
- Use the product at the concentration:
- Light dirt 1%
- Heavy dirt 2-5%
- Dilute in water at 1% and, in the most difficult cases, up to 5%. Leave for 5 minutes or more, followed by a short rinse.
The product is compatible with all materials compatible with water such as stainless steel, aluminium, enamelled or galvanized steel or tinned steel, tinned copper, brass, fibreglass, rubber and various synthetic resins.
BACTERICIDAL ACTIVITY
Cleans and disinfects in one simple operation. Effective bactericide active on a wide range of bacterial strains on both gram positive and gram negative. ZEP DK SAN is effective against microorganisms such as:
- Salmonella cholera suis
- Salmonella typhosa
- Escherichia coli
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Micrococcus pyogenes
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Legionella pneumophila
