It is the Hermann Saunier Duval solution designed to replace wall-mounted boilers (traditional or condensing) in multi-family complexes where the various boilers discharge into the same flue with a single pressurized ducting system. It is in fact equipped with a dedicated flue kit (included in the supply) for direct connection to a single flue system. The boiler has C(10)3 and C(12)3 certification which makes it possible to install it in multi-family housing structures even where there are boilers from different manufacturers. The high sanitary comfort is guaranteed by the pre-heating function with stainless steel plate sanitary exchanger and by the Aquaspeed® technology for the immediate delivery of hot water. Thema Condens IS is available in two power sizes: the new 26 kW and the 31 kW with methane fuel, but with the possibility of regulation for propane fuel.
Standard smoke kit
A version dedicated to multi-family systems with a single pressurized ducting system within the same flue, Thema Condens IS is equipped with a standard flue kit that facilitates installation, presenting itself as the optimal solution in case of replacement in the aforementioned structures . The supplied kit consists of an 80/125 mm adapter with an 87° bend and a rigid connection section for connection directly to the main flue outlet of the multi-family complex. The non-return valve is already installed in the boiler. The safety systems present in the kit guarantee maximum reliability of the entire system, safeguarding against the risk of undesired evacuation of exhausted fumes - also coming from other boilers in the housing unit - inside the installation room of the boiler itself, in full compliance with the Italian standard UNI 7129 part 3. Thema Condens IS stands out in its reference market boasting two additional certifications C(10)3 and C(12)3 - thanks to which it is possible to install a condensing boiler inside single pressurized flue systems manufactured by third parties which already include other boilers from different manufacturers, without in any way affecting the level of performance of the system in terms of efficiency and yields in heating and domestic hot water production.
