Wall-mounted combined condensing boiler for heating and domestic hot water in single-family units

The new Thema Condens has a renewed aesthetic with modern and essential lines, flat casing to facilitate installation (dimensions and hydraulic connections unchanged compared to the previous version) and a new touch-screen user interface. The boiler has been designed as the ideal solution for single-family homes in case of replacement of traditional wall-mounted or condensing boilers that work on high-temperature or low-temperature systems. The high level of sanitary comfort is guaranteed by the exclusive Aquaspeed® technology which is able to offer the user immediate delivery of hot water at the desired temperature, without long waiting times and costly waste of water.

The pre-heating of the primary circuit, and therefore also of the secondary stainless steel plate exchanger, in fact ensures an instantaneous response from the boiler to any sudden request for domestic hot water. Thema Condens is available in three power sizes: the 25 and 30 kW versions are joined by the new 35 kW size, all with methane fuel but convertible to propane via simple electronic regulation, without the need for any conversion kit. The range is also enriched with a new solution: the 25, 30 and 35 kW SB version (heating only) , which can be combined with any Hermann Saunier Duval boiler. Even the new SB boilers are methane powered, but electronically convertible to commercial propane.

The innovative FlameFit® combustion technology with which the version for single-family units is equipped allows for autonomous adaptability of the boiler to the different types and qualities of gas, always guaranteeing optimized and completely safe operation. In fact, the flame control electrode detects the changing characteristics of the gas and automatically adjusts the parameters to ensure perfectly efficient combustion, adapting boiler operation to the actual needs of the user. This therefore leads to high performance with a reduced quantity of gas, saving energy and consequently limiting consumption and polluting emissions. The FlameFit® technology makes Thema Condens ready for immediate operation with any type of future gas, without the need for any conversion kit.

Touch screen user interface

The interface of the new Thema Condens features a modern digital touch display and was developed to facilitate boiler management by the user. The symbology of the various keys allows a quick understanding of the functions of the appliance and of the parameter setting methods according to one's comfort needs.
