Construction features of the pump

Pump body in glass fiber reinforced technopolymer. Pre-filter cover in transparent and anti-oxidation polycarbonate to ensure constant visibility over time. Nylon filter. Impeller in glass fiber reinforced technopolymer, developed to ensure total coverage and insulation of the motor shaft from the pumped liquid. Reinforced technopolymer diffuser. Mechanical seal in carbon / alumina / NBR / AISI 316. Pump body O-ring in NBR, screws and reinforcement ring nuts in AISI 316 steel. Filling and draining butterfly plugs that do not require the use of tools for removal and repositioning

Construction Characteristics of the Engine

Continuous service asynchronous motor (S1) with 2 poles with a wide range of powers from 0.5 HP to 3 HP both single-phase and three-phase (see technical specifications). Motor casing in die-cast aluminum with cataphoresis surface treatment to prevent oxidation even in aggressive environments. Support base supplied as standard with rubber feet to reduce vibrations. Single-phase version with built-in thermo-amperometric protection and permanently inserted capacitor (PSC) and assembled inside the terminal box for all versions.
