Foma Special Gas Copper Pipes Coated Plumbing and Heating for Gas
This special pre-sheathed copper tube, created for the distribution of liquid and gaseous fuels, is particularly suitable for insertion into wall structures, where the use of plastic sheaths is necessary.
The advantage of using this product is made clear by the type of structure with which this sheath is made, being a high density closed cell expanded polyethylene with seven spacers, which, during the production phase, are twisted to make them a spiral; this allows the tube to be bent without the sheath channels being interrupted, thus facilitating the evacuation of any leaks.
The copper tube contained is produced according to the customer's requests, according to various standardized regulations or, if requested, according to the European regulation CE EN 1057 and the dimensional range complies with the provisions of UNI CIG 7129, which at point 3.3.1.4 prescribes, for the crossing of solid walls, perforated walls and prefabricated panels, that the tube be protected, without joints and welds, with a passing sheath walled in with mortar and cement.
