RESIDENCE, HEART OF STEEL The new RESIDENCE exchanger is made of stainless steel, with a smooth tube with a large section to guarantee the best efficiency and cleanliness over time. NEW PRIMARY EXCHANGER IN STAINLESS STEEL The single coil geometry (hydraulic circuit in series) guarantees constant flow in all sections of the exchanger and intrinsically prevents clogging. Front access facilitates periodic maintenance and cleaning of the combustion chamber. SELF-ADAPTING ELECTRONIC COMBUSTION CONTROL The new Residence is equipped with the intelligent ACC combustion control system, which guarantees that the process always takes place in an optimal manner in any condition, thanks to the modulating gas valve and the ionization electrode. Thanks to the ACC, Residence is able to automatically adapt to the fuel (methane or LPG) without resorting to specific codes or accessory conversion kits. Residence also reacts to the variation of the fuel title and to the pressure drops on the flue gas side. The ACC system detects the excess air value and intervenes by modulating the mixture. The ACC system also simplifies installation. During ignition, it does not require calibration and it is sufficient to select the type of combustible gas used by the boiler via the interface, if different from the default one (methane). Since the system keeps the value of the CO2 produced constant, even the smoke control during the ignition phase is no longer necessary for the correct functioning of the product. Controlling combustion also means guaranteeing constant emissions, which are always well below the limits set by the law. In fact, if the process takes place in an optimal manner, the gases produced will also have the best theoretical composition with respect to the other conditions. Il range di rumorisità si attesta infatti su livelli dai 45 db(A), per il modello 30 KIS, fino a 48 db(A) per il modello 20 IS. FACILITÀ DI INSTALLAZIONE E MANUTENZIONEIl sistema ACC semplifica l’installazione. In fase di accensione la nuova caldaia non necessita di taratura ed è sufficiente selezionare la tipologia di gas combustibile utilizzato dalla caldaia tramite l’interfaccia, se diverso da quello di default (metano). Le dimensioni ridotte e il peso contenuto rendono il prodotto facilmente trasportabile e movimentabile in fase di installazione. L’accessibilità frontale ai componenti rende inoltre il prodotto più semplice da manutenere per il tecnico preposto, velocizzandone i tempi di intervento.
