Features list

One touch is enough to get hot water at the right time

The first gas water heater with a refined modern design, equipped as standard with a technology that allows connectivity to smart devices in the home via Bluetooth connection.

Exclusive design

The Therm 6000i S water heater stands out for its innovative, refined and exclusive design: the front in tempered glass, which you can choose in both the black and white versions, the integrated digital display with soft touch control and the absolute small size sleepvit for this type of product. By choosing endTherm 6000i S you will be able to enrich your home with an unprecedented element of design furniture, also suitable for the most modern and elegant rooms.

Intuitive use

The digital display of Therm 6000i S immediately shows the hi-tech aspect of the water heater and is simple and intuitive to use. Through the display it is possible to manage the desired water temperature by clicking on the raise/lower arrows visible next to the current temperature value.

Check via app

The Therm 6000i S water heater can also be controlled via its Bosch Water app using smart devices (smartphones and tablets) connected via Bluetooth,¸. The app makes additional functions available, in addition to setting the water temperature, such as: logs of the last five consumptions to find out your water and gas costs, diagnostics in case of malfunctions and direct contact with our Heating Technical Assistance Service.

Comfort and savings in respect of the environment

Gradual temperature regulation allows you to save up to 60 liters of water and up to 35% of gas. These savings are favored by the Smart Hydraulics valve, which allows the selected temperature to be reached more quickly and increases its stability: no more showers with sudden changes in temperature between hot and cold! Gas combustion to produce hot water is optimized thanks to a patented algorithm, OptiFlow, which automatically calculates the combustion air flow based on the power absorbed by the fan and its rotation speed. This guarantees optimum efficiency of the appliance in all operating conditions, the reduction of the minimum power and the avoidance of the risk of condensation forming on the heat exchanger.

Summary of technical characteristics

Electronic ignition gas water heater available for butane/propane natural gas and in 12 and 15 litres/min versions

Controlle temperature regulation grad by grad

Efficiency optimized for savings of up to 1.5 liters of water each time the tap is opened final 35% of gas

Motorized water valve and hydraulic bypass for the best possible temperature stability and maximum comfort

Compatible with solar thermal systems

Dimensions and weight (623 x 300 x 195 mm - 13 kg)

The ErP legislation and the new energy labels

The future of heating systems

Starting from 26 September 2015, in order to be placed on the market, heating systems for the production of hot water must comply with the ErP (Energy Related Products) regulations issued by the European Union. The ErP standards favor the eco-compatible design of products that consume energy from fossil fuels and have the aim of reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as providing consumers with transparent and homogeneous information on the energy efficiency of appliances, favoring comparison. Regulations N 811/2013 and 812/2013 provide for a specific energy labeling of appliances for heating the production of domestic hot water. Regulations N 813/2013 and 814/2013 prescribe, among other things, the minimum energy efficiency and pollutant emissions requirements that manufacturers of equipment for heating and domestic hot water production must comply with. These regulations therefore raise energy efficiency standards, improving system performance and excluding underperforming technologies from the market.

The energy label will be supplied by the manufacturer with the appliance and will represent a concrete help for the consumer, allowing him to better understand the characteristics of the system, acquire greater awareness of energy saving, allowing him to choose better what to buy. The energy label will provide information on the energy class of the product, on a scale between A++ and G, and on other additional notations, such as power and noise emissions.

The ErP legislation provides for two types of labelling:

the first is supplied by the manufacturer together with the product for heating/domestic hot water production appliances

the second for systems composed of several elements.

In this second case, the label indicates the levels of energy efficiency that can be reached thanks to all the components used, allowing for an increase in the score attributed to each appliance and increasing the energy class of the system: therefore, it is the task of those who make/install the system to provide the consumer with the correct explanatory label.

The ErP standards represent an opportunity to develop a market of highly efficient technologies, such as condensing, heat pumps, solar thermal, cogeneration and the integration of different energy sources in a single system. These technologies will have an impact on consumption in the home, approximately 80% of which is due to heating and the production of hot water, and are now tax-incentivized.

Junkers Bosch is already in line with the dictates of the ErP legislation, demonstrating the orientamental futur that has always distinguished the brand.
