Description
Hydraulic separation module like HB30, with 46 or 54 three-circuit heat exchanger
plates for heating and DHW production.
Operation
When the biomass thermo-product is turned on, the temperature rises inside the appliance until the fluid inside reaches a certain threshold. Once this temperature is reached, the thermostat installed on the thermo-product (or the control unit probe) opens the electrical contact and simultaneously carries out the following operations:
• Start-up of the thermo-product circulator (HB30/2 and HB34/2 models only) and of the heating system circulator.
• Shutdown of the auxiliary source (boiler) if in operation.
Components
The module consists of a sheet metal support for wall installation, a 46/54 plate heat exchanger with three circuits (30/34 dedicated to the heating circuit and 16/20 to DHW production), 2 vent valves, an electrical junction box, copper pipes, a flow switch, a painted sheet metal cover, one or two circulators. Optional electronic control unit.
