Control panel
Three-phase power supply electric panel, for the control and protection of, at most, two three-phase electric pumps, with sheet steel case and IP54 degree of protection.
Main features:
- Main door lock switch, fuse holders and fuses, starting contactors and thermal protections such as magnetothermal motor protectors for protection of each motor.
- Standard power supply voltage: 3x400Vac +/-10%, 50/60Hz. On request non-standard voltages, 3x230ca +/-10%, 3x440ca +/-10%, 3x460ca +/-10%, 3x480ca +/-10%, 50/60Hz.
- Transformer for low voltage auxiliary circuit; auxiliary voltage 24Vac.
- Lowara SM20 digital control unit (see fig.2), which offers the following functions:
- Signaling LEDs: line presence (ref.1), thermal protection intervention (ref.2), level alarm for lack of water (ref.3), pump running (ref.4).
- Buttons (ref.5) and LED for automatic / manual operation (ref.6).
- Start, manual stop of pumps (one key for each pump) (ref.7).
- Automatic cascade control of the pumps via two pressure switches (one per pump).
- Jockey pump management by excluding cyclic inversion.
- Cyclic inversion function (can be excluded). It allows the automatic exchange of the pumps at each start/stop cycle.
- Automatic, manual or excluded operation selectors for each pump (inside board). To be used only in case of board failure to ensure pump operation.
- Prepared for protection against lack of water, alternatively between: float, minimum pressure switch, external contact or electrode probes with sensitivity adjustment.
- Adjustable delay timer for the intervention of the protection against lack of water (inside the board); adjustable between 0..30sec.
- Adjustable operation extension timer for each pump (inside the board); adjustable between 0..100sec.
- Prepared for the installation, inside the switchboard, of a relay card (optional) for relaunching signals for: pump 1, 2 running, manual mode, thermal alarm, water shortage alarm, line presence.
- Arrangement for connection of enable from external contact or pressure switch for maximum pressure protection.
