Ecodesign Directive (ErP) 2015 How to be ready for new EU legislation What will happen from 26 September 2015? From this date it will no longer be possible to produce traditional forced draft boilers. Instead, it will be possible to continue producing condensing boilers and traditional open chamber boilers equipped with high-efficiency pumps and compliant with the new ErP requirements such as emission, noise and efficiency levels.
