Funzioni:
i-MEMORY: Sceglie il compromesso migliore tra comfort ed efficienza sulla base delle abitudini dell’utente. La temperatura e la quantità di acqua calda vengono impostate sulla base del consumo di energia nelle ultime quattro settimane. La gestione del funzionamento della resistenza e della pompa di calore è quindi un processo migliorativo.
Green Raggiunge la massima efficienza utilizzando al 100% la pompa di calore. La temperatura massima raggiungibile è 53°C e non può essere aumentata. La resistenza elettrica viene attivata solo con Anti-legionella, o in caso di malfunzionamento della pompa di calore.
Boost Incrementa temporaneamente la potenza elettrica del prodotto, in caso di esigenza di acqua calda entro un tempo ridotto. La resistenza e la pompa di calore lavorano insieme fino a 53°C, dopo di che la temperatura viene regolata solo dalla resistenza. Al raggiungimento della temperatura desiderata, la funzione Boost si disattiva.

Ariston presents NUOS: the widest and most complete range of ecological heat pump water heaters on the market, with high efficiency and energy saving.
Ariston has long since chosen the path of ecology and for this reason has been investing for years now in the most advanced technology existing in the sector. The new NUOS heat pump water heaters were therefore born from research: efficient and capable of heating a large quantity of water using very little electricity, as they absorb the heat directly from the outside air. The NUOS range of heat pump water heaters is available in both monobloc and split versions (i.e. with outdoor unit), which can be installed on the wall or on the floor and with capacities ranging from 80 to 300 litres. In new buildings the NUOS range can also be used as an alternative to solar thermal as a source of renewable energy.
Heat pump technology
The NUOS range uses a thermodynamic cycle to heat the water contained in the storage tank through the air sucked in by the heating unit, reversing the natural flow of heat. A refrigerant fluid (R134A), through changes of state and compression and expansion cycles, takes the heat contained in the air at a lower temperature and transfers it to the sanitary water at a higher temperature. This mechanism is the reverse of the one used in refrigerators. The electrical energy required by the product is only that necessary to operate the fan which captures the air and the compressor which circulates the refrigerant fluid in the circuit.
As required by national law, in new buildings it is necessary to satisfy at least 50% of the energy requirement used to heat sanitary water with renewable sources. (Legislative Decree n. 28 of 3 March 2011 based on the RES directive 2009/28/CE). The technology used in NUOS heat pump water heaters is an ideal choice to satisfy these legal obligations, representing an advantageous alternative to solar thermal . It is a valid answer even where there are installation limits due to a building that is not well exposed to the sun.

Thermal Energy Account As an alternative to tax breaks, again in the event of replacing an electric water heater, the end user can request the incentive provided for by the Thermal Energy Bill, as a capital contribution. The incentive is paid by the GSE (Energy Services Manager) through bank transfer and corresponds to 40% of the expenses incurred for the purchase and expenses related to the installation, up to a maximum of € 400 in a single solution for the replacement of an electric water heater with a heat pump one with a capacity of up to 150 litres; for capacities exceeding 150 liters, the reimbursement is in one year if the value of the incentive is less than €600, in two years if it is greater than €600 (the maximum value of the incentive is €700). Economic saving Considering the profiles of European regulatory requirements, it has been estimated that the annual energy consumption dedicated to the production of domestic hot water of a family of 3 is equal to 1,550 kWh /year.
Affordable investment An efficient product consumes less; it follows that, compared to an electric water heater of the same volume, there is an energy saving ed cheap up to 75%. NUOS is therefore an ideal investment that generally pays for itself in about 3 years. Furthermore, for those who take advantage of the tax breaks, the recovery times of the investment are considerably reduced.
Energy saving

Ariston ha da tempo scelto la strada dell’ecologia e per questo investe, ormai da anni, nella tecnologia più all’avanguardia esistente nel settore.Dalla ricerca sono dunque nati i nuovi scaldacqua a pompa di calore NUOS: efficienti e capaci di scaldare una grande quantità di acqua utilizzando pochissima energia elettrica, in quanto assorbono il calore direttamente dall’aria esterna.La gamma di scaldacqua a pompa di calore NUOS è disponibile sia in versione monoblocco che split (ovvero con unità esterna), installabile sia a parete che a pavimento e con capacità che vanno da 80 fino a 300 litri. Nei nuovi edifici la gamma NUOS può anche essere utilizzata in alternativa al solare termico come fonte di energia rinnovabile.
Tecnologia della pompa di calore
La gamma NUOS utilizza un ciclo termodinamico per riscaldare l’acqua contenuta nel bollitore attraverso l’aria aspirata dal gruppo termico invertendo il flusso naturale del calore. Un fluido frigorigeno (R134A), mediante cambiamenti di stato e cicli di compressione ed espansione, preleva il calore contenuto nell’aria a temperatura inferiore e lo cede all’acqua sanitaria a temperatura superiore. Questo meccanismo è l’inverso di quello in uso nei frigoriferi. L’energia elettrica richiesta dal prodotto è soltanto quella necessaria per far funzionare il ventilatore che cattura l’aria e il compressore che fa circolare il fluido frigorigeno nel circuito.
Come richiesto dalla legge nazionale,negli edifici di nuova costruzione è necessario soddisfare almeno il 50% di fabbisogno dell’energia che serve a scaldare l’acqua sanitaria con fonte rinnovabile. (DL n. 28 del 3 Marzo 2011 in base alla direttiva RES 2009/28/CE).La tecnologia utilizzata negli scaldacqua a pompa di calore NUOS, è una scelta ideale per soddisfare tali obblighi di legge, rappresentando una vantaggiosa alternativa al solare termico. Investimento convenienteUn prodotto efficiente consuma meno; ne discende che, rispetto a uno scaldabagno elettrico di pari litraggio, si ha un risparmio energetico ed economico fino al 75%. Funzioni:
i-MEMORY: Sceglie il compromesso migliore tra comfort ed efficienza sulla base delle abitudini dell’utente. La temperatura e la quantità di acqua calda vengono impostate sulla base del consumo di energia nelle ultime quattro settimane. La gestione del funzionamento della resistenza e della pompa di calore è quindi un processo migliorativo.
Green Raggiunge la massima efficienza utilizzando al 100% la pompa di calore. La temperatura massima raggiungibile è 53°C e non può essere aumentata. La resistenza elettrica viene attivata solo con Anti-legionella, o in caso di malfunzionamento della pompa di calore.
Boost Incrementa temporaneamente la potenza elettrica del prodotto, in caso di esigenza di acqua calda entro un tempo ridotto. La resistenza e la pompa di calore lavorano insieme fino a 53°C, dopo di che la temperatura viene regolata solo dalla resistenza. Al raggiungimento della temperatura desiderata, la funzione Boost si disattiva.
Program Programma orario e temperatura desiderati per ottimizzare i consumi grazie alla tecnologia ibrida. Permette all’utente di scegliere due diverse temperature a due orari differenti. Il funzionamento è in pompa di calore o, in caso di necessità, in resistenza.
