Il tappo ecologico Grazie alla fusione termo-elettrica, processo PATENT PENDING, l’alluminio presente nella zona di giunzione tra tappo e radiatore, risulta essere omogeneo e perfettamente integrato nella matrice metallica del radiatore stesso. Fondital presents the new thermoelectric fusion cap. The ecological cap Thanks to the thermo-electric fusion, PATENT PENDING process, the aluminum present in the junction area between the cap and the radiator is homogeneous and perfectly integrated into the metal matrix of the radiator itself. The thermo-electric fusion process takes place at controlled temperatures which avoid both the formation of porosity and welding residues. The result is a radiator that looks like a single 100% aluminum body, even more resistant and reliable. LOW TEMPERATURE Global radiators can be installed in combination with normal or condensing boilers, natural gas, diesel, wood or pellets, with both normal and low temperature operation or with heat pumps.
HIGH THERMAL OUTPUT Guaranteed by tests carried out according to the EN 442 standard by the Milan Polytechnic. The high thermal yield allows the installation of compact radiators and an efficient use even in low temperature systems.
ENERGY SAVING AND MAXIMUM COMFORT With Global radiators, temperature regulation is easy and inexpensive. In a short time, according to personal needs, the ideal temperature is obtained in every room.

Correct installation (get support from a qualified technician)
The Vox Extra model radiators are usefully used in all hot water and steam systems up to 110° C with operating pressure up to 1600 K Pascal - 16 Bar.
They can be installed indifferently in systems with pipes in iron, copper or thermoplastic materials.
When installing the radiators, the expected thermal yield is obtained by observing the distances specified below: ≥ 3 cm from the wall ≥ 10 cm from the floor ≥ 10 cm from the shelf or window sill To prevent the thermal expansion of the system from causing noise near the radiators we recommend the use of plastic-coated shelves to support the radiators (articles 4, 25, 27, or 29 of our catalogue).
In order to preserve the systems from encrustation and corrosion processes, the pH of the water must be controlled (preferably between 6.5 and 8) and a passivating inhibitor such as Cillit-Hs 23 Al or similar must be introduced in quantities equal to 1 liter every 200 liters of water circulating in the system.
It is recommended to install automatic or manual air vent valves on each radiator.
As a precautionary measure, avoid completely closing the shut-off valves of the radiators to eliminate possible overpressures. If you want to exclude one or more coils from the circuit, automatic air vent valves must be fitted.
Before and after installation, the radiators must not be kept in very humid environments for good preservation of the paintwork. Any detachment of paint in one point of the radiator could favor the formation of aluminum oxide and cause the paint to come off completely.
When cleaning the radiator, the use of corrosive products is not recommended.
