Thanks to the remote connection via bus, this can also be done directly from the CONNECT remote control, even via smartphone. The boiler is also set up to connect a second room thermostat to dedicated terminals to manage multi-zone systems. TOP EFFICIENCY Even on old systems (replacements) The BLUEHELIX HITECH RRT heat exchanger THERMOBALANCE™ (fig. A) compared to the more classic and widespread steel exchanger (fig. B) also used in the past by the Ferroli Group exclusively on a small series of boilers produced for the market English, and then immediately abandoned in favor of the evolution towards the proprietary steel exchanger used in the Bluehelix models (2012 -> ). This geometry allows the heat exchanger of the THERMOBALANCE heating unit to operate almost at maximum design efficiency even in conditions of partial blockage, while with the same amount of deposits and sediments (e.g. due to installation on old systems) the exchanger in fig . B tends to block up much faster in the part in contact with the flame due to the reduced passage area of the fluid, in which a real barrier of deposits * is formed which hinder the heat exchange and reduce the efficiency beyond below the nominal values MC2 Multi Combustion Control The electronics control the flame ionization current in order to ensure optimal combustion as the air density or gas quality varies. The relationship between the air/gas ratio (λ) and the flame ionization signal is used to control the air-gas ratio itself and therefore the combustion. Grazie al circuito frigorifero ottimizzato e alla regolazione che modula il compressore con tecnologia Inverter DC, queste macchine riescono ad inseguire in modo preciso e puntuale i vostri setpoint di temperatura, sia in caldo che in freddo. Questo si traduce in rumorosità ridotte, massimo comfort ed efficienze al top, facendoti risparmiare kilowattora di energia elettrica in bolletta.
Inoltre, utilizzano refrigerante R-32, un gas ecologicamente più sostenibile: non intacca l’ozono ed ha un GWP di circa un terzo rispetto al più classico R410A.
Tutti i nuovi refrigeranti devono avere ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) nullo, ossia il potenziale danno che il gas può causare allo strato di ozono pari a zero. Si parla ora di GWP.
GWP è l’acronimo di Global Warming Potential, ossia potenziale di riscaldamento globale e indica l’impatto potenziale che avrebbe un gas refrigerante se si disperdesse in ambiente. Permette di paragonare l’impatto di 1,0 kg di gas rispetto ad 1,0 kg di CO2 , su un periodo di 100 anni.
L’R-32 ha molteplici vantaggi su macchine di piccola e media potenza. È un gas che ha caratteristiche simili all’R410A, ma con proprietà termodinamiche addirittura migliori! Paragonando i 2 gas su macchine costruite in modo simile, l’R-32 permette di raggiungere le medesime capacità, ma con efficienze migliori e minor carica di refrigerante.
Questo vuol dire utilizzare meno gas con un GWP molto inferiore. In termini pratici, non sbagliamo di molto affermando che l’R-32 porta ad una riduzione di circa il 75% delle emissioni equivalenti, rispetto alla medesima macchina in R410A.

Limiti su lunghezza e dislivello delle tubazioni refrigeranti
La lunghezza delle tubazioni del refrigerante tra le unità interna ed esterna deve essere la più breve possibile, ed è comunque limitata dal rispetto dei massimi valori di dislivello tra le unità. Con la diminuzione del dislivello tra le unità e della lunghezza delle tubazioni, si andranno a limitare le perdite di carico, aumentando di conseguenza il rendimento complessivo della macchina.

EGEA TECH HT Scaldacqua a pompa di calore
EGEA TECH è una nuovissima gamma di scaldacqua a pompa di calore ad accumulo per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria,adatta per piccole applicazioni residenziali. È una soluzione smart per il riscaldamento dell’acqua sanitaria, che sfrutta energia elettrica, aria ed eventualmente solare termico e fotovoltaico, senza alcun utilizzo dei combustibili tradizionali. Efficienza, ecologia, flessibilità e la nuova estetica sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono EGEA TECH e la diversificano rispetto ad un tradizionale scaldacqua elettrico.
I modelli 90 e 120 LT utilizzano il gas R-290, alternativa valida rispetto ai più comuni refrigeranti ad alto GWP.Si tratta di un idrocarburo presente in natura con un GWP di 3 e un ODP di 0.

Orizzontali o Verticali?
Gli scaldacqua verticali offrono migliori prestazioni rispetto alle corrispondenti versioni orizzontali per una migliore miscelazione dell’acqua nel bollitore. Ciò si traduce in risparmio energetico e in tempi di attesa più brevi per il raggiungimento della temperatura di esercizio
Le versioni orizzontali sono state pensate per risolvere le problematiche di installazione in spazi angusti. Il ridotto ingombro in altezza permette infatti l’installazione in controsoffittature, sottotetti e nei più impensabili angoli della casa.
Tutti gli scaldacqua hanno il corpo riscaldante montato su flangia di grande diametro da 70 mm a 5 bulloni. L'ampiezza del foro e il particolare sistema di fissaggio facilitano le eventuali operazioni di manutenzione periodica.
Resistenza elettrica anticalcare
BLUE FOREVER sono le resistenze elettriche ultraperformanti di nuova generazione, installate sugli scaldacqua della serie TITANO. Sono il frutto della massima espressione tecnologica e della più avanzata ricerca del Gruppo Ferroli. Uno speciale trattamento superficiale riduce quasi del tutto le incrostazioni calcaree sulla resistenza, garantendone una vita più lunga ed un’elevata efficienza termica.

Questi apparecchi, sono realizzati in acciaio di alta qualità. L’interno della caldaia è protetto da un trattamento di vetroporcellanatura a polvere “Blue Silicon”, effettuato con le più avanzate tecniche di applicazione elettrostatica e con la successiva cottura in forno a 850°C. Tutti i modelli sono inoltre equipaggiati con un anodo ad alta concentrazione di magnesio, per ottenere la massima difesa dalle reazioni elettrochimiche e proteggere la caldaia contro la corrosione. Lo speciale sistema costruttivo di questi apparecchi permette un’elevata protezione contro infiltrazioni d’acqua nelle parti elettriche. Per il contenimento dei consumi si è usufruito di innovative tecnologie che consentono di ridurre al minimo il dispendio di energia. Grazie ad un isolamento della caldaia con schiuma di poliuretano ad alta densità, priva di clorofluorocarburi (CFC) è stata ottenuta un’elevata resistenza alla dispersione del calore. Tutti i componenti degli scaldacqua FERROLI sono altamente riciclabili. Ogni scaldacqua è sottoposto a test e controlli durante le varie fasi del processo produttivo, a garanzia della massima qualità, efficienza e durata nel tempo. Test di laboratorio vengono effettuati periodicamente per verificare la conformità delle prestazioni dichiarate. Gli scaldacqua FERROLI non hanno necessità di particolari accorgimenti di manutenzione e garantiscono il loro funzionamento per molto tempo. Sono comunque concepiti per poter sostituire con estrema facilità tutte le parti soggette ad usura, specialmente in presenza di acqua particolarmente aggressiva o ricca di residui calcarei. Grazie al circuito frigorifero ottimizzato e alla regolazione che modula il compressore con tecnologia Inverter DC, queste macchine riescono ad inseguire in modo preciso e puntuale i vostri setpoint di temperatura, sia in caldo che in freddo. Questo si traduce in rumorosità ridotte, massimo comfort ed efficienze al top, facendoti risparmiare kilowattora di energia elettrica in bolletta. Le versioni mono-split dei Giada, ad esempio, non scendono mai sotto la classe A++. Inoltre, utilizzano refrigerante R32, un gas ecologicamente più sostenibile: non intacca l’ozono ed ha un GWP di circa un terzo rispetto al più classico R410A. Tutti i Giada si possono poi collegare alla tua Wi-Fi, come standard, senza costosi accessori. In più, i nuovi condizionatori Giada sono compatibili con gli assistenti vocali “Amazon Alexa” e “Google Home”. Lo scambiatore interno è poi studiato appositamente con una geometria a 54 denti, maggiore rispetto i tradizionali (che hanno 45 denti), offrendo una maggiore superficie di scambio.
