The boiler has C(10)3 and C(12)3 certification which makes it possible to install it in multi-family housing structures even where there are boilers from different manufacturers. The high sanitary comfort is guaranteed by the pre-heating function with stainless steel plate sanitary exchanger and by the Aquaspeed® technology for the immediate delivery of hot water. Thema Condens IS is available in two power sizes: the new 26 kW and the 31 kW with methane fuel, but with the possibility of regulation for propane fuel. Standard smoke kit A version dedicated to multi-family systems with a single pressurized ducting system within the same flue, Thema Condens IS is equipped with a standard flue kit that facilitates installation, presenting itself as the optimal solution in case of replacement in the aforementioned structures .
