THEMA Condens

Wall-mounted condensing boiler with pre-heating and Aquaspeed® technology.

The Thema Condens range features combined methane and propane models, all equipped with a primary heat exchanger in anti-corrosion stainless steel and an 8-litre expansion tank (heating side), perfect for single-family homes. The Thema Condens range is enriched with two models: IS and AP dedicated to multi-family solutions for both single and multiple ducting. Thema Condens IS is available in two versions of 26 and 30 kW with natural gas supply and convertible to propane . The AP version, on the other hand, is only available in the 26kW methane power size. The IS version features a dedicated flue kit consisting of a flue non-return valve, 80/125 mm adapter with 87° bend and rigid section for connection directly to a single flue. In the HP version Thema Condens has a safety pressure switch and a fan with increased head which allows reaching vertical ducts up to 30 meters with self-adaptation of the required length via the system electronics. Vertical ducting with DN 50, both rigid and flexible, is also possible, which solves the problems in old flues and in those where the available space is minimal.
