The unit is equipped with a “ UVC Generator Module ”, a module that generates ultraviolet rays capable of carrying out a sanitizing action on environments . Subjected to laboratory tests, the module has proven to be able to inhibit the Sars-Cov-2 virus (Covid-19) with an efficiency that reaches 99.998% . The Pearl air conditioner and purifier is also equipped with Self Clean and Steri Clean 56° technologies, for a deep cleaning of the evaporator and internal components.

From the informative study, it is clear that, inside a 45L container (0.045m3), the module installed on Haier air conditioners is able to inactivate and reduce the concentration of the Sars-Cov-2 virus by 99.998% in 1 hour
