General characteristics
Pellet boilers
Respect for the environment is achieved by keeping man in balance with nature's resources. This is possible only with the use of cutting-edge technologies in terms of efficiency and with the use of sustainable energy sources.
Ferroli, which has always been sensitive to ecological issues, has identified the best synthesis between these two needs with the range of its heat generators that work with wood pellets. The sustainable use of forests makes an important contribution to limiting global warming: woody biomass is a biofuel with zero impact in terms of CO2 emissions.
Savings with zero impact
The most recent studies on the sustainability and convenience of various fuels available on the market show that pellets are currently the most convenient choice. In addition to ensuring considerable savings on the use of more traditional fossil fuels such as LPG, methane and diesel, it has zero impact in terms of CO2 emissions. The pellet is made up of remains from wood processing and therefore does not require the felling of woods and forests for its production. Its combustion residues are completely harmless to the environment as they are free from binders, additives, paints and other chemical products.
Sky-high performance - Top certifications
FERROLI boilers are recognized and certified among the most performing machines available on the market today, they are in fact approved:
to the highest class ( CLASS 5° ) for the European reference standard EN 303-2015
they have been certified in class A+ according to the very recent European Directive called EcoDesign
have obtained the score of 3 STARS * from the ARIA PULITA voluntary certification.
Clean Air Certification
is a second-party voluntary certification scheme that applies to domestic wood and pellet-burning appliances and biomass boilers up to 35 kW of power. The NATURFIRE series generator was submitted to the examination of a committee coordinated by AIEL made up of experts from ENAMA, ENEA, LEGAMBIENTE and Unione Nazionale dei Consumatori, i.e. subjects strongly interested and involved in the fields of environmental protection, air quality and of consumer protection.
The stars represent the classification of the appliances according to the Aria Pulita certification to guarantee lower emissions, higher yields and lower costs. A single star indicates a device that meets the requirements for placing on the market. Looking at high quality products, Aria Pulita non A+ certifies products with a single star.
2 stars indicate stoves, inserts and boilers that reduce dust emissions by 40% in the case of pellets and 46% in the case of wood compared to 1-star appliances.
3 stars indicate stoves, inserts and boilers, both wood-burning and pellet-burning, which guarantee 60% reduced dust emissions compared to 1-star appliances.
4 stars indicate stoves, inserts and boilers, both wood-burning and pellet-burning, which guarantee 70% reduced dust emissions compared to 1-star appliances
Comfort with full pockets - tax deduction - thermal energy account 2.0
Tax deduction: With the 2017 budget law (law n. 232 of 11 December 2016) both the 65% tax deduction for energy efficiency interventions in buildings and the 50% deduction for building renovations. The facilitation consists of a deduction from Irpef or Ires and is granted when interventions are carried out that increase the level of energy efficiency of existing buildings. You will get the tax deduction of 50% of the amount paid to purchase a new pellet or wood stove, a pellet boiler or a pellet insert in 10 annual installments.
Conto Energia Termico 2.0 Incentives to replace an old device with a new one that is more efficient and less polluting. In force since 31 May 2016. The delivery mechanism on the current account (as for photovoltaics) can be summarized as follows:
- The incentive covers up to 65% of the costs incurred for the purchase and installation of the new appliance; - Very interesting incentive values, paid in just 2 years (< 35 kW) - Multiplicative bonuses for more ecological pellet systems (reduced emissions) - Encourages the replacement of biomass, coal, fuel oil systems - Replacement of LPG systems incentivized only for agroforestry companies - Biomass is the technology most incentivized by the Energy Bill - Incentive capacity: 900 million total (of which 200 for the public sector)
