Energy efficiency

Thanks to careful design and the introduction of R-32 refrigerant gas, the efficiency of the new MSZ-AP units has been significantly increased, reaching class A+++ in cooling (sizes 25 and 35) and A++ in heating across the entire line.

R32: A refrigerant for the future

The R32 refrigerant used in MSZ-AP series air conditioners has a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) than refrigerant gases used in residential air conditioning until now, reducing its potential negative impact on the environment. Its advantages are:

- Reduction of the quantity of refrigerant gas used
- Reduced environmental impact
- Easily chargeable and recoverable as it is a pure gas
- Low toxicity and flammability

Air distribution

Thanks to the presence of the motorized louver, it is possible to direct the air flow to achieve maximum comfort in the room in every operating mode (sizes 25-50).

Furthermore, the horizontal flow eliminates annoying air currents towards the occupants.

Silent Operation

Environmental comfort is also linked to the noise level and is especially important in bedrooms or studies. For sizes 25/35 the noise emission of the internal unit is only 19dB operating at minimum speed, ensuring maximum acoustic comfort inside the environment.

MELCloud - Energy Consumption Monitoring

The MSZ-AP features a dedicated space for housing the MELCloud interface inside the unit chassis, avoiding leaving the component external and visible in the environment (sizes 25-50). By taking advantage of the “Cloud” support to transmit and receive information and the Wi-Fi interface (MAC-567IF-E), you can easily control your system wherever you are via your PC, tablet or smartphone.

Night Mode

By activating the Night Mode function from the remote control, you can set the air conditioner to operate at night.
