(products connected to the use of energy) and the abbreviation that identifies the European Directive ErP 2009/125/EC, defined by the EEC with the intention of reducing the energy consumption of products through eco-compatible design (or eco-design?). Ecodesign Directive (ErP) 2015 How to be ready for new EU legislation What will happen from 26 September 2015? From this date it will no longer be possible to produce traditional forced draft boilers. Instead, it will be possible to continue producing condensing boilers and traditional open chamber boilers equipped with high-efficiency pumps and compliant with the new ErP requirements such as emission, noise and efficiency levels.
