The Hydrobox is the indoor hydronic module for wall-hung installation, which contains all the main components of the hydraulic system. The heat exchanger, the hydraulic circulator, an expansion vessel, a supplementary electrical resistance and the safety components can be found in a very small space. The hydronic modules can be connected to an outdoor unit from the Ecodan® series characterized by a wide range extension or from the Zubadan series to favor performance at low temperatures.
Hydrobox offers great flexibility of use and versatility of installation, it is also possible to associate it with a boiler for domestic hot water

Hydrobox and reversible Hydrobox

The Hydrobox is available in two versions, a reversible Hydrobox which also adds the possibility of providing cooling and a hot-only Hydrobox which can be used for heating and the production of domestic hot water (optional)

FTC6 control system

The module is equipped with the new FTC6 control unit. The backlit control, which can be removed from the unit body and installed remotely, is equipped with a large display with graphic icons; from it all the operating parameters are adjusted in a simple and intuitive way, the functions are set (weekly timer, "holiday" mode, domestic hot water filling, etc.), diagnostics and consumption monitoring are accessed. Thanks to the wireless control (optional) it is possible to measure the room temperature remotely and transmit it to the body of the unit, as well as modify the main operating parameters. It is not necessary to fix it so as to make it portable in different rooms.

SG Ready: integration with photovoltaic systems

Hydronic modules support SG ready function. Acronym of Smart Grid Ready, the function allows you to maximize the self-consumption of electricity from a photovoltaic system and is implemented with 2 additional inputs.
