VICTRIX kW TT

• With VICTRIX kW TT, a generation of boilers is born, destined to offer a great variety of solutions thanks also to the extreme dimensional compactness in just 25 centimeters deep. Designed to comply with the new European Directives ErP and ELD, it makes it easier to reach the high efficiency classes in space heating and in the production of domestic hot water in homes. Approved to operate indoors and outdoors, even in the open by means of a special optional cover kit. The IPX5D degree of electrical protection and the boiler is equipped with standard antifreeze protection down to -5 °C. Electricity saving thanks to the low consumption, class A, modulating circulator. The innovative condensing module guarantees high flow rate and head on the heating circuit, low risk of clogging due to any impurities in the system and greater resistance to corrosion thanks to the special alloy with which it is made.
• The modulating circulator has low consumption and the wide modulation range of the appliance from 12 to 100% of the thermal power allows high seasonal yields with a consequent reduction in gas consumption. The new electronic board allows precise control of combustion regardless of the gas used (methane/LPG or propane air) and, via a simple app, allows the management of VICTRIX kW TT also from smartphones, tablets and laptops (starting from January 2016 VICTRIX kW TT can be installed recessed with OMNI CONTAINER frame but also in SOLAR CONTAINER or DOMUS CONTAINER to create GAUDIUM SOLAR ErP or TRIO ErP systems. The built-in installation allows the boiler to be positioned outside in a niche and therefore to recover living space.

With VICTRIX kW TT Immergas takes the installation flexibility of condensing boilers even further and offers a great variety of solutions also thanks to the extreme dimensional compactness in just 25 centimeters deep. All boilers can be installed:

• inside of;
• built-in with OMNI CONTAINER but also in SOLAR CONTAINER or DOMUS CONTAINER to add products that use solar thermal and heat pumps to the boiler in GAUDIUM SOLAR ErP or TRIO ErP applications
• outdoors in partially protected places;
• and today also in the open air with the dedicated cover kit.

Characteristics

• HIGH HYDRAULIC PERFORMANCE Primary condensing exchanger, made of an Aluminium-Silicon-Magnesium alloy, particularly resistant to corrosion. Designed to have high flow rate and head performance even on old heating systems thanks to the large water passages. This also means a low risk of clogging in the presence of impurities in the system water. It is important to keep the pH of the heating system filling water between 6.5 and 8.5 with a hardness of 15°F (ref. UNI 8065 - DI 26/06/15)
• WIDE MODULATION RANGE The electronic card reduces running costs thanks to particularly high yields even with low energy absorption, as occurs for example in mid-seasons. In fact, the wide modulation range (from 12% to 100% of the thermal power) guarantees high seasonal yields
• DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONALS VICTRIX kW TT, produced on the new highly automated lines in the historic Immergas headquarters in Brescello, is a specific range of products developed on the "Top Tech" platform. It has particular technical solutions designed to facilitate the work of professionals such as: • safety valve discharge conveyed into the condensate discharge; • cover casing for the water connections, to better position the boiler in domestic spaces; • direct access to the electrical connection compartment of the main external devices (for example CARV2, external probe, CRONO 7) by simply removing the front aesthetic cover without having to open the product.
• REDUCTION OF ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION Electricity saving thanks to the low consumption, class A, modulating circulator. The circulator can be set in the operating modes: constant ∆t, proportional head or constant speed. The presence of two NTC probes on the system flow and return allows constant modulation of the boiler operating conditions based on the requests of the heating system with a consequent increase in seasonal efficiency. The electrical consumption of the boiler in stand by is less than 6 W.

• It is a very important directive established by the European Union and at the same time a decisive road that will lead all of Europe to reduce pollution and improve citizens' lives. The ErP directive (2009/125/CE) - the acronym stands for "Energy Related Products" - in fact sets very precise reference points for the manufacture of eco-compatible products and defines the minimum mandatory requirements for energy and environmental performance for tools that consume energy. The goal is to reach the famous 20-20-20 by 2020. This repetition of the number 20 serves to more easily remind everyone of the three central purposes of the legislation:

• INCREASE THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF ENERGY USING MACHINES BY 20%
• REDUCE EMISSIONS OF CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2 ) INTO THE ATMOSPHERE BY 20%
• REACH A PERCENTAGE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY ON THE FINAL CONSUMPTION OF 20%
• Two dates in particular have been established to dictate the timing of the adjustment. From 1 AUGUST 2015 it is mandatory to place appliances equipped with low-consumption circulators on the market. From 26 SEPTEMBER 2015 the ErP and ELD Directives officially come into force with the obligation to place appliances with an energy label on the market. Placing on the market means the first billing by Immergas to the retailer. If the appliance was placed on the market before 1 August/26 September 2015, it can be sold, installed and put into service without time limits. The ErP and ELD provisions are not retroactive

• ELD DIRECTIVE: EVERYTHING CLEAR ON THE LABEL The European Union has made the new energy labeling system mandatory to allow consumers to immediately understand the level of environmental compatibility of individual products. The Labeling Directive (2010/30/EC) in fact requires that each item subject to the ErP Directive be equipped with a label to highlight not only the energy efficiency class but also other performances such as sound power, use, thermal power . IMMERGAS PARTICIPATES IN THESE ADJUSTMENTS WITH PARTICULAR CONVICTION, AWARE THAT ONLY A MARKET THAT ENCOURAGES HIGHER ENERGY EFFICIENCY TECHNOLOGIES CAN BE RESPECTFUL FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
