The calorMATIC 450 is a modulating climate control unit, equipped with a probe for detecting the external temperature.
This controller is suitable for homes with only one zone. Through a simple interface with a renewed design, it is possible to set two temperature levels (daytime and nighttime), to set the hot water temperature and to time the loading of additional boilers and recirculation pumps. In a very intuitive way it is possible to access a series of special functions which avoid lengthy programming procedures:
- holiday program mode
- party mode
- “one day away from home” mode
- manual storage tank loading mode
- shutdown mode
The calorMATIC 450 range consists of two control units, the model with wired connection and the model with radio wave connection (f) with receiver supplied. The type of connection to the boiler can be of two types: directly in the console or on the wall in one of the rooms also using the temperature detection of the latter to improve the functioning of the whole system. In the case of radio wave models, the receiver must be mounted in the boiler.
