Dirt separators are normally installed in the closed circuits of air conditioning systems to separate the impurities contained in the heat transfer fluid (particles of sand, sludge, rust, etc.) by collecting them in a decantation cup from which they can also be discharged when the system is running by simply opening a faucet. Thanks to their construction characteristics, the dirt separators are able to separate even the smallest particles of impurities present in the systems continuously and with low cleaning frequencies. The dirt separators ensure optimal operation of the air conditioning systems by minimizing the clogging of pipes, heating elements, heat exchangers, avoiding the consequent reduction in the overall efficiency of the system. They also prevent wear and damage to system components (pumps, valves, etc.) resulting in only a minimal pressure drop. The magnetic dirt separators are also equipped with a removable magnetic cartridge specially designed for the separation of ferrous impurities from the heat transfer fluid of air conditioning systems
