With regard to air quality, Ambra air conditioners, both in the Mono and Multi Split versions, have a double stage
filtration, composed of a “Cold Catalyst” filter plus a “Biohepa” filter.
- Cold Catalyst Filter: This filter has active action against volatile organic compounds (TVOC), formaldehyde, ammonia, and sulfuric acid (or hydrogen sulphide).
- Biohepa filter: This filter instead manages to filter very small dust particles, bacteria and fungi, made up of special enzymes, it counteracts their proliferation.
